Making food the world loves.
Making our world a better place.

Our 2025 achievements across environment, social and governance — the standards behind every product we manufacture for food service.

Patties Food Group 2025 ESG achievements

Diverting waste from landfill

Diverted >80% AU factory waste from landfill and converted 100% NZ organic waste into biogas. New circular economy partnership with Big Bag Recovery repurposes bulk plastic bags at our largest facility, Bairnsdale.

Ethical sourcing

Our Ethical Sourcing Policy outlaws modern slavery, environmental mismanagement and inhumane treatment of animals. In 2025 we completed a deforestation risk assessment of our beef supply chain.

Renewable electricity

Purchased LGCs to offset 25% of AU operations with renewable electricity. New Zealand operations are largely powered by renewables.

Sustainable packaging

Retained our 'Leading' APCO status, with >90% of our packaging base made from recyclable materials and 80% containing recycled material.

World-class food safety & quality

BRCGS certification with a minimum BRCGS 'A' rating across all factories audited during the year.

166,995 meals donated

Donated the equivalent of 166,995 meals to Foodbank Australia, supporting people who are struggling to put food on their tables.

Workplace giving

Continued our My Room Children's Cancer Charity partnership, donating $195,000 via site-based initiatives and matched funding, and launched the Bairnsdale Community Grants Program supporting five local groups in East Gippsland.

Safe & inclusive workplace

Continued uplift in safety culture and employee engagement, including year-on-year improvements in engagement score and reduced safety incidents.

Indigenous Peoples Policy

Our Indigenous Peoples Policy Statement sets out our commitment to recognise, protect and respect the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across our operations and supply chain.
